Responsibilities:

Responsible for the procurement of all major equipment and/or materials for assigned projects. Ensures that project equipment and materials are purchased within budget, in accordance with all project specification requirements, and in accordance with required delivery schedules. Manage and mentor the team when necessary. The purpose of the Procurement Lead is to assist the PPM throughout the procurement lifecycle within the designated domain, e.g. Topside/Marine, etc. this involves understanding and flowing down teh requests from the PMT to subordinate sraff. Work Conditions

Most of the working time is in the office. Sometimes have to do site visits at to FPSO Integration sites, Fabrication Yards and suppliers’ premises. Sometimes need to travel for Yard visits, supplier meetings or assignment to a foreign work location.

Overall Job Purpose:

- Responsible for supervising or executing maintenance and operation of all Engine Room equpment and system.

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for the execution of the Static Equipment Integrity Coordination scope of work, focusing in the Integrity Management Process of the equipment controlled by the MODEC's Own Service of Equipment Inspection, predictive maintenance, process performance and condition monitoring, quality assurance and quality control of subcontractors, and development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, in order to ensure and maximize assets reliability, availability, maintainability, safety and integrity (RAMSI), as well as contributing to the Operations procedures and results achievement, established for the business.

Support MdB's BID/EPCI process by providing technical review and O&M cost review through bidding team and pre-ops team.

Participate in workshops with offshore inspectors and provide technical recommendations in order to ensure that their work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation.

Sporadic embarkations on the vessels might be required for these activities.

Assist the organization in the external and internal audits by conducting the evaluation and approval of the

documentation requested by the legislation, providing the necessary clarifications regarding the integrity management system and the required evidence related to the controlled equipment. Moreover, record (information traceability) and analyze the audit results, defining or proposing actions to eliminate non- conformities.

Contribute to effective planning and monitoring of shutdown and decommissioning (equipment and offshore unit) plans by defining the shutdown scope (equipment list, NDT exam, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs, or modifications to be carried out) related to controlled equipment, through legal compliance and integrity evaluation.

Organize the activities related to NR 13 / SPIE together with the Equipment Inspectors from the Offshore Units, by including files and documentation, such as official books, calibration certificates, internal and external inspections, inspection reports, hydro-test and carrying out audit in the manufacturers.

Ensure that the information is addressed clearly and objectively so that everyone involved has a full understanding of this information. As well as establishing the integration between the departments involved in order to consolidate the quality of the information flow from the identification to the closing of the deviation and/or improvement.

Contribute to the definition if an equipment has or not condition to operate satisfactorily in order to ensure Operations reliability by participating in decisions or developing technical studies and informing to the involved ones the results of inspection reports, repairs or replacements recommended to restore the physical conditions in satisfactory levels.

Contribute to the hiring of 3rd parties to perform inspections on SPIE/NR13 Equipment and draw inspection isometrics by properly defining Scope of Work and participating in Kick-Off Meetings with potential suppliers.

Ensure the compliance with NR13 / MdB specifications in the fabrication of equipment by attending Hydrostatic Test at Manufacturer Workshop.

Ensure that all equipment is in condition to operate, complying with internal standards, NR13/SPIE specifications, by generating "punch items" lists as outputs of the initial inspections and following up the development of action plans on these lists.

Ensure the proper register of all Pressure Vessels, PSV, Boilers and all others static equipment by developing datasheets and inspections reports and filling in the integrity management software (SGI) with reliable and updated data on this equipment.

Ensure that Integrity Inspectors' and PSV Mechanical Technicians' work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation, as well as complying with NR13/SPIE standards and procedures, by planning and following up the distribution of activities of inspection plans and providing technical recommendations when necessary.

Contribute to fleet performance improvement by constantly cooperating with other Tiers and Modec entities, to absorb and apply all lessons learnt from other Unit Phases (Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning) for the new vessels in construction, as well as provide new lessons learnt and improvement opportunities discovered during the Pre-Ops project.

Sporadic follow ups in the shipyard during the Construction Phase and visits to vendors' factories might be required for these activities.

Overall Job Purpose

To independently define concepts and critical deliverables, plan, manage, direct, control, approve and deliver engineering deliverables required in multiple projects effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all Process related technical issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Understands the specific technical requirements of the assigned projects (may include Construction, Commissioning and Offshore assignment) and Industry Standard, Classification Society and Regulatory requirements.
• Plans and directs the running of application software such as process simulation and other in-house software programs for Safety valve sizing, control valve sizing and line sizing etc., exposure to dispersion and transient analysis software, reviews and approves the calculations / deliverables prepared by Engineers /Senior Engineers/Lead Engineers.
• Directs other Engineers in the team to develop engineering specifications (drawings, data sheets, etc) specific to the assigned projects, reviews them and validates with the Project Managers and client before incorporating them in the RFQs.
• Independently evaluates bids received for special process packages from suppliers, performs or directs others to perform a technical bid evaluation process, involves in cost estimation, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications and gives assessment to the Buyer who will follow up in the tender evaluation, price negotiation and award process.
• Approves drawings and documents from team members as well as 3rd party-generated study reports and ensures the timely provision of accurate documents and specifications to the vendor/sub-contractor to enable thee to execute their work and deliverables.
• Independently manages/develops/provides advice on solutions to technical/engineering and related issues by reviewing the issues/data and analysis and evaluating various options/measures using expert knowledge, seasoned experience and precedents and professional references where necessary.
• Reports any deviation from MODEC standard specification and practices, concept change to Department manager and seek his approval on the solution.
• Anticipates potential problems and takes preventive actions and independently handles variations in project execution. Develop unique solutions for complex technical problems that may include new design concept.
• Visits critical process suppliers, checks and tests process items to ensure that they function as per specifications. Where necessary, works with the concerned suppliers/contractors to rectify the issues and ensures that they comply with the specifications and are ready on time.
• Leads/participates in meetings, reviews progress of projects and addresses complex interface/implementation/execution issues to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Independently evaluate the Process requirement for all packages in Marine & Topside, contributes to technical bid evaluation process, ensures selected vendors meet technical/engineering and delivery requirements as stipulated in the project specifications
• Reviews progress of projects and addresses complex interface/implementation/execution issues to ensure that the projects proceed timely and smoothly.Plans and organizes resources and schedule.
• Provides technical/engineering support and expert advice to Construction/Commissioning, Offshore work at site, directs trouble shooting and follow up actions to rectify the gaps or problems. Handles more complex issues, and where necessary, provides off-site support and advice.
• Independently prepares Facility startup procedures, finalizes with Operations team input and provides expert advice / guidance / trouble shooting for facility startup at Offshore
• Guides/supervises junior Engineers and provides feedback to Department Manager for their performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in Process engineering in oil and gas sector for degree holders or minimum 14 years of relevant working experience for Master degree holder. Direct work experience on FPSO/FSO projects, min 3 projects of mega size, and market practices in the oil and gas sector.
• Must be conversant with the applicable industry standards, Company standards, specifications and procedures for his/her functional area.

Overall Job Purpose

To lead, supervise, and guide Material and Corrosion Engineers in the preparation of Corrosion Assessment and Material Selection Studies for FSO/FPSO facilities (topsides/turret/marine) following Company Guidelines and Standards. The Lead Engineer may be also required to prepare such studies.

To lead, supervise, and guide Material and Corrosion Engineers in the preparation of Engineering deliverables associated with Materials and Corrosion discipline during FPSO / FSO projects FEEDs, Detailed Engineering and Execution phases effectively and efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines, and budgets. The Lead Engineer may be also required to prepare such deliverables.

To interact with Group Leads at other entities (Proposal Office, Operations, etc.) to discuss and assess lessons learned, root cause investigations, etc. for improvement of Corporate Standards and Philosophies.

Responsibilities:

• Fully understand MODEC standards, client and regulatory requirements and ensure its discipline engineers work and deliverables comply with the requirements.
• Support Senior Lead Engineer / Technical Authority participating in the review cycle and preparation of Corporate Standards related to Corrosion Assessment and Materials Selection, Sour Service, Welding, Surface Preparation and Coatings, Cathodic Protection, Piping and Valve Materials, etc.
• (Propose improvement for the Standards).
• Provide overall supervision, guidance and support to Material and Corrosion Engineers during FEED, Detailed Engineering and Execution phases.
• The Lead is expected supervise and/or perform work to ensure the work and deliverables are performed/ issued as per Company Standards and Guidelines, as per Project Technical Requirements, with required quality, within budget, and in line with Company Goal of maximizing value to Company and all stakeholders through the life of the facility (i.e. maximize life cycle profit and uptime).
• Provide Training and Couching to Material and Corrosion Engineers in the areas of corrosion assessment, material selection, coatings, metallurgy, cathodic protection, etc.
• Interact with Group Leads at other entities (Proposal Office, Operations, etc.) to discuss lessons learned, root cause investigations, etc.
• Liaise with Operations Integrity Teams to participate in the improvement of Corrosion Monitoring and Chemical Injection Optimization Strategies.
• Represent Materials Group in key stakeholder (Client / Supplier / Sub-contractor / Class) meetings, reviews stakeholders’ documents / comments and addresses interface/implementation/execution issues and escalates where necessary to ensure that the project proceeds timely and smoothly.
• Participate in Manufacturer Qualification Programs in conjunction with Quality Group
• Participate in Research and Development Programs in areas of Corrosion and Corrosion Mitigation

Requirements:

• Materials & Corrosion Engineering degree at Bachelor or Master degree level.
• Minimum 12 years (with Bachelor) / 11years (with Master) relevant working experience as Materials /Corrosion Engineer in Oil and Gas Sector.
• Comprehensive experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Processing Facilities related to corrosion, corrosion mitigation strategies, corrosion monitoring, material selection, surface preparation and coatings, cathodic protection, metallurgy (welding, manufacturing), etc. and comprehensive knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards (NACE MR 0175 / ISO 15156, ISO 21457, ASME B31.3, NORSOK M001, NORSOK M501, etc.).
• Lead Engineer should be familiar with processing facilities and understand main process concepts involving Oil Separation and Stabilization, Produced Water Treatment, Gas Sweetening and Dehydration, Gas Compression, Seawater Treatment, etc.
• ECE (corrosion model) (preferred) or equivalent corrosion model
