Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

The full-time Media Production Personnel must be able to:

1. Carry out media production services such as photo taking, video production (from storyboarding, filming to editing), and graphic design, including WhatsApp stickers.
2. Assist in any other media duties as assigned by the Communications Head of Department.

Competency Requirements

The Media Production Personnel allocated must:

• Be familiar with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Show high competency in video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Suite of products.
• Show competency in photography skills.
• Show competency in videography skills.
• Show creativity in content creation.
• Be able to manage time effectively, work under tight deadlines, and ensure that the work is completed on time.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel must minimally have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Minimum Education: Nitec in media-related courses.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
• Software Competency: Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS5 and CS6, After Effects, Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, with a strong emphasis on Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Photography Skills: Ability to take well-composed pictures and utilize camera settings to capture the desired image, including post-processing skills to edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.
• Videography Skills: Ability to take well-composed videos and manage the video production process from storyboarding to filming and editing.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to organize shooting schedules for video and photography.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
• Personal Attributes: Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and deliver high-standard work.

• Plan and prepare section schedule, daily production performance and stock report.
• Coordinate with respective sections to ensure on-time delivery.
• Daily monitoring of WIP and Finished goods against sales order balance.
• Monitoring on the shop floor and attend daily production meeting to ensure they follow according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management /Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure.
• Computer literate.
• Experience in Production planning & Electronics manufacturing.
