Job Description
· Carry out media production services such as photo taking, video production (from storyboarding, filming to editing) and graphic design, including WhatsApp stickers.
· Content creation for the school
· Assist in any other media duties as assigned by the Communications, Head of Department
Requirements
· Minimum Nitec in media related courses
· Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
· Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS5 and CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
· Good photography skills also include post-processing skills; edit and enhance images using adobe photoshop
· Good videography skills & manage the video production process from storyboarding to filming and editing.
· Organise shooting schedules for video and photography
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
· Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
· Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
Working hours
· Mondays to Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Additional info:
· Contract Period: From 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
