Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quotation & Tendering Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend technical requirements outlined in customer tender documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect essential data for proposal development.
• Provide technical expertise during tendering and quotation processes/activities and support the sales and marketing team with relevant engineering insights.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and delivery schedules to assist the sales and proposals team in responding to inquiries.
• Handle tendering processes and engage with clients from oil companies through various communication channels such as meetings, phone calls, and written form tendering clarification.
• Draft and compile technical documentation, such as datasheets, proposal designs, clarification notes, and responses to tender specifications.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Relevant Qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 5 years relevant working experience in tendering and quotation process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CAD software.
