Position Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production safely and stably. The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of the EVAL Plant in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and Production Superintendent in process analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations.
• Responsible for all aspects of shift operations and manage shift team manpower and administration.

• Making emergency operating decisions.
• Leads Emergency Response Team as Site Incident Commander.
• Provide guidance to shift team for effective and safe operation.
