Roles:
We are looking for passionate worker to be part of our team!
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the creation and preparation of noodles & other flour productions.
• Oversee the smooth running of the central kitchen and its daily operation.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of new product, including research & development.
• Coach and manage a team of worker to ensure a well-organized and motivated team.
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance to SFA and/or AVA standards.
• Responsible for the quality, quantity, and accuracy of food items served and displayed as per company’s standard recipes.
• Manage and control food cost that contribute to F&B revenue.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in F&B and in a similar area.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Present a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of people.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
• Able to work till late nights.
