Our Client is a Singapore based company in Medical Devices. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Operation Admin to be part of their Administrative team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at West.

Duties:

• Accurately document and update operational data, ensuring quality, integrity, and compliance with standards.
• Store and organize documents, ensuring accessibility and adherence to retention policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and conduct regular documentation audits.
• Compile and update budgetary, operational, sales, and order data.
• Manage data in the Iris system and upload BOMs received from QA.
• Work with Customer Service to track and update shipping invoices.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 1-2 years of administrative experience

JOB SCOPE:

• Design and improve manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to production teams.
• Analyze production data for process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Nitec in Engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read machine and electrical drawings.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
• Mechanical alignment, motor tuning, or vision knowledge is a plus.
• Positive attitude and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

The incumbent will be responsible for design and optimize electrical and electronic systems for advanced laser products, develop, analyze and test circuits for laser systems, including power supplies, control units, and signal processing components.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in electrical & electronics or its equivalent
• Relevant experience in electrical circuit and layout design, using Altium Designer, Cadence or similar tools

• Salary: Up to $3,500 basic + Allowance
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4.30pm/4pm – 1.30am

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various electro-mechanical assembly tasks under general supervision.
• Read and interpret complex electro-mechanical diagrams and schematic drawings.
• Follow detailed manufacturing procedures.
• Validate the design, fabrication, and fit of assemblies.
• Edit and provide feedback on technical reports and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform precision measurements and work within close tolerances.
• Complete additional duties or training as required by the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Nitec in Engineering
• Experience in Assembly, Build, Test, and preventive Maintenance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately
• Able to work in cleanroom environment
