Key Responsibilities

• Cut large stone slabs to specific sizes using bridge-cutting machines.
• Operate profiling and polishing machines to shape and finish stone surfaces.
• Cut and polish sink holes according to templates.
• Use portable power tools to grind and polish stone edges.
• Mix and color match resin glue to blend with various stones.
• Apply sealant on natural stones like Granite after fabrication.
• Inspect the finished work to ensure quality.
• Clean equipment and the work area after completing tasks.
• Collaborate with co-workers, team leaders, and the Production Supervisor to meet production and quality standards.

Job Description:

• Oversee, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the head quarter's requirements and business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and human capital.
• Develop and maintain overall HR related strategies, systems, procedures, and policies within the organization.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives performance.
• Conduct performance, wage, and benefits reviews.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs according to ISO requirements.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR matters.
• Ensure RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) and legal compliance.
• Manage other HR related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, Compensation & Benefits, Training, and related HR function.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day tasks related to DeltaV Batch programming, configuration, and support.
