· Basic knowledge of photography and videography terms like shutter speed, aperture, ISO, frame rate, audio levels

· Basic knowledge in operating Sony Alpha cameras for filming

· Be comfortable with shooting outdoors, reviewing and adjusting composition settings on the go (It sounds like a lot of hard work but we guarantee it will be twice the fun!)

Job Responsibilities

· Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.

· Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels.

· Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise. Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested.

· Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time. The need to coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement.

· Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment. Identifying and locating the right products during the shipping process Recording inventory status, and making sure deliveries properly match work orders.

· Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products. Practice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, and workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.

· Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays. Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• PC literate. Preferably with experience in crating/capital equipment handling.
• A team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically.

• Knowledge of SAP and having a forklift license will be an added advantage.

• Calculate total daily production quantity output and check balance quantity per plan order.
• Encode transfer note finished goods (FG) and work in process (WIP) to the MRP.
• Daily checking of the part inventory stock on the MRP.
• Record the quantity of incoming insert that will use in the production.
• Prepare percentage planning yielding weekly report and percentage production efficiency weekly report.
• Prepare report on daily rejection part and record in the non-conforming report.
• Coordinate with the planner regarding production plan of the production.
• Prepare material weekly inventory.
• Prepare label that will use in the production.
• Prepare overtime and leave form of the production personnel and submit to HR department.
• File production related document like part samples, sample approval form and injection molding parameter data to the filing cabinet.
• Withdraw production office supplies every week in the administration office.
• Follow ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and safety rules and regulations.
• Implement 5S and good housekeeping in the production area.
• Performs other tasks assigned by his supervisor to achieve department objective.

Requirements:

• At least secondary level can write and speak simple English.
• At least 6 months experience in clerical works.
• With basic knowledge in computer MS office.
