• Provide design solutions to satisfy product requirements
• Evaluate material suitability for manufacturing and processes for improving characteristics
• Develop process plans for manufacturing operations
• Develop control plans for shop floor tracking
• Conduct quantitative evaluation of quality performance measures
• Establish safety and good manufacturing practices and processes
• Conduct technical presentations
• Manage manufacturing process workflow
• Design manufacturing processes and tools to fulfil product specification

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Mechanical / Electronics / System Engineering
• Hands-on work experience in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Candidates with demonstrated competency in SAP, TeamCenter, MATLAB, Statistics Process Control Software (SPSS) will be an advantage

Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)

Salary: S$3500 - S$4500

Location: Nanyang Link

Duration: 1 year contract

Responsibilites:

• Run infrastructure/ broadcast system operations.
• Ensuring that all programme and department operations run seamlessly.
• Managing the implementation of infrastructure changes and maintenance routines as agreed upon.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of infrastructure replacement plans.
• Assist various programmes in the school to streamline, digitize, and automate work processes for a best possible infrastructure to support the teaching needs of students and faculty.
• Maintain service level agreements and service improvements, and other areas.
• Maintain service-level objectives and targets, monitoring these objectives to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded.
• Maintain client satisfaction metrics and service procedures, constantly reviewing and analyzing these metrics to propose recommendations to improve performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma in media or equivalent certification in a related domain.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant and related working experience in media, broadcast and AV field.
• Familiarity with the design and infrastructure of media, broadcast, AV equipment and technology.
• Proficient in problem diagnostics and resolution, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Administering, deploying, configuring, and installing software/hardware, and development projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Good oral and writen communication skills.
• Works collaboratively with peers and technical team at various levels in the organization.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and coherent manner.
