You will rotate on these 3 shifts every 2 weeks in general.

Overall Job Purpose

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the procurement of all major equipment and/or materials for assigned projects. Ensures that project equipment and materials are purchased within budget, in accordance with all project specification requirements, and in accordance with required delivery schedules. Work Conditions

Overall Job Purpose:

- Responsible for supervising or executing maintenance and operation of all Engine Room equpment and system.

- Guarantee efficient and safe operations and amaintenance of all Engine Room Equpiment and systems including emergency equpiment by supervising the Boiler and Utility Operators, orienting and working closely with them thus contributing to the production and revenue target acheuvement.

Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for the execution of the Static Equipment Integrity Coordination scope of work, focusing in the Integrity Management Process of the equipment controlled by the MODEC's Own Service of Equipment Inspection, predictive maintenance, process performance and condition monitoring, quality assurance and quality control of subcontractors, and development and improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, in order to ensure and maximize assets reliability, availability, maintainability, safety and integrity (RAMSI), as well as contributing to the Operations procedures and results achievement, established for the business.

Assist the organization in the external and internal audits by conducting the evaluation and approval of the

documentation requested by the legislation, providing the necessary clarifications regarding the integrity management system and the required evidence related to the controlled equipment. Moreover, record (information traceability) and analyze the audit results, defining or proposing actions to eliminate non- conformities.

Contribute to effective planning and monitoring of shutdown and decommissioning (equipment and offshore unit) plans by defining the shutdown scope (equipment list, NDT exam, tests, measurements, replacements, repairs, or modifications to be carried out) related to controlled equipment, through legal compliance and integrity evaluation.

Organize the activities related to NR 13 / SPIE together with the Equipment Inspectors from the Offshore Units, by including files and documentation, such as official books, calibration certificates, internal and external inspections, inspection reports, hydro-test and carrying out audit in the manufacturers.

Ensure that the information is addressed clearly and objectively so that everyone involved has a full understanding of this information. As well as establishing the integration between the departments involved in order to consolidate the quality of the information flow from the identification to the closing of the deviation and/or improvement.

Contribute to the definition if an equipment has or not condition to operate satisfactorily in order to ensure Operations reliability by participating in decisions or developing technical studies and informing to the involved ones the results of inspection reports, repairs or replacements recommended to restore the physical conditions in satisfactory levels.

Contribute to the hiring of 3rd parties to perform inspections on SPIE/NR13 Equipment and draw inspection isometrics by properly defining Scope of Work and participating in Kick-Off Meetings with potential suppliers.

Ensure the compliance with NR13 / MdB specifications in the fabrication of equipment by attending Hydrostatic Test at Manufacturer Workshop.

Ensure that all equipment is in condition to operate, complying with internal standards, NR13/SPIE specifications, by generating "punch items" lists as outputs of the initial inspections and following up the development of action plans on these lists.

Ensure the proper register of all Pressure Vessels, PSV, Boilers and all others static equipment by developing datasheets and inspections reports and filling in the integrity management software (SGI) with reliable and updated data on this equipment.

Ensure that Integrity Inspectors' and PSV Mechanical Technicians' work is performed in compliance with contract specifications and legislation, as well as complying with NR13/SPIE standards and procedures, by planning and following up the distribution of activities of inspection plans and providing technical recommendations when necessary.

Contribute to fleet performance improvement by constantly cooperating with other Tiers and Modec entities, to absorb and apply all lessons learnt from other Unit Phases (Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Decommissioning) for the new vessels in construction, as well as provide new lessons learnt and improvement opportunities discovered during the Pre-Ops project.

Sporadic follow ups in the shipyard during the Construction Phase and visits to vendors' factories might be required for these activities.

Overall Job Purpose

To independently define concepts and critical deliverables, plan, manage, direct, control, approve and deliver engineering deliverables required in multiple projects effectively and efficiently according to specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all Process related technical issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned teams.

The Lead Engineer may be also required to prepare such deliverables.

This position represents the module expertise and will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing business processes, standard procedure, and template policy for SAP Procure-to-Pay process (MM module). This position will also be carrying out project planning and management for minor or medium scale projects.

Job Requirements:

• Provide operational support, finding solutions for incoming incidents. Investigate, monitor, follow up issues
• Working closely with the Procurement teams globally to grasp new business requirements and translate it SAP (non-SAP) Solution design
• As subject matter expert in procurement and supply chain area, carry out continuous improvement activities for the SAP template processes to meet business expectations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes and functionalities and tracking the business benefits
• Responsible of Modec’s SAP Template Governance
• Establishing, maintaining, and enforcing business processes, standard procedure, and template policy
• Working closely with different teams (eg: Basis, Abap, AMS) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely
• Prepare proposal and presentation to stakeholders to communicate ideas and to obtain buy-in
• Carry out and manage minor or medium scale projects and ensure all aspect of the projects are aligned and risk being managed
• Support on-going business transformation activities within MODEC

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Certification(s):
SAP certification(s) strongly preferred

Basic Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Must have strong Procure To Pay process experience (PR, PO, GR, Invoice, Payment, Plant, Material, Vendor)
• Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or newer version
• Experience with WM, Transport Management is nice to have
• Experience with Ariba Cloud Solutions is nice to have
• Proven ability to define user requirements and corresponding system specifications, accurate time estimates and creation of clear and concise documentation.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing of functional specifications for reports, Interfaces, and validations, creating and reviewing technical specifications.
• Experience in working as a lead position for 1 to 2 projects and co-coordinating Clients, Internal team members and providing business support.
• Have knowledge on project management and able to structure and scope a project and to manage a project through to completion.
• Experience in Data migration/Conversions related activities and development
• Expertise in preparing user training documentation, unit test scripts and Integration test scripts.
• Have exposure coordinating with Onsite/Offshore team members.
• Experience in supporting a global organization
• Established experience in working in a matrix management environment

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Management

• Support company leadership in defining strategic goals.
• Analyze organizational and operational strengths and weaknesses, as well as external market factors.

Performance Management

• Support department performance management through KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Calculate KPIs and prepare online management dashboards.
• Schedule and facilitate performance reviews with Leads, Heads of Departments and VPs.
• Maintain an effective performance management-cycle, adhering to standard methodology, and ensure timely preparation and accuracy in reported metrics.

Project Management

• Facilitate department project planning and update of project statuses on Schedule, Cost, Quality, Scope, Communications, Risk, and Stakeholders.
• Partner with departments to drive projects and initiatives, support analysis and problem definition, provide suggestions and improve cross-functional collaboration.

Process Management

• Map Standards, Process Maps and Work Instructions with the departments, following standard notation. and looking for process improvements.
• Champion the implementation of the company’s Integrated Management System and ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
• Identify process gaps or opportunities for improvement and work with relevant departments to develop and implement solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics, or IT.
• For junior analyst - open to fresh graduates or 1-3 years of relevant experience in Business, Quality and/or Process Management.
• For senior analyst - open to 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Business, Quality and/or Process Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Other Desirable Attributes

• Advanced MS-Excel / PowerPoint skills / MS-Project / PowerBI / PowerApps.
• Master’s degree, MBA or other post-graduate degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or similar.
• Prior experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Business Process Re-Engineering or Management Consultant is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs routine tasks relating to manufacture, assembly, repair or modifications of products.
• Performs hand soldering, manual assembly, setup and operation of semi-automatic and/or automated assembly equipment and tools.
• Perform inspection and minor repair of product
• You might have to use visual aids, wiring lists, verbal and written instructions and other documentation to perform assembly work.
• Inspects component parts prior to assembly and rejects defective parts.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by the management and supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to commit to overtimes
• Preferably able to understand, read, and converse in simple English
• Physically fit and able to carry loads 10-15kg
• Able to start work immediately
