Oversee and supervise the entire operations of the manufacturing unit.
Prepare annual operating, capital expenditure budgets and periodical projections / updates
Manage day to day operations and maintenance of all front end/ back end facilities, M&E systems, equipment and appliances
Maintain proper inventory and maintenance record on building and M&E assets , systems, equipment and appliances

Constantly develop ways to improve and streamline the production process
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme
