Key Responsibilities

• Help with New Production Introduction tasks: develop manufacturing processes, design tools, create schedules, control costs, support sourcing, qualify quality, support tests, reduce product costs, and introduce products into the supply chain.
• Lead technical aspects of manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, inspections, and testing, including designing tools and fixtures.
• Utilise knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to successfully complete and make projects profitable.
• Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documents to support OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.

The Production Operator is reporting to the Assistant Engineer and has to ensure that all production schedules are met in accordance to our required plan.

It is the responsibility of the Production Operator to:

• Assemble/run production as per production schedule given by Assistant Engineer / Section Heads.
• Ensure only correct material and equipment is used.
• Ensure machine or equipment are always in correct parameter setting.
• Perform inspection in accordance to the respective work instructions.
• Stop production/machine when deviation or problems occurred and inform the Assistant Engineer/ Section Manager immediately.
• Report to Assistant Engineer/Section Manager if any problems occurred.
• Ensure that the workplace/machine/equipment is always in tidy and clean conditions.
• Ensure that all processed parts are place in specified place.
• Update daily production record form.
