Job Description

The Production Services Specialist will provide frontline application production support for Bank of America’s Regional Banking Applications in APAC. This role is the key focal point for the customer/client /associate experience and owns restoring complex/major production incidents under tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and pursues root-cause and problem resolution follow-up. Job Description:
• Work closely with supervisor/manager to ensure production planning run smoothly and give support to the team.

Job Duties:

• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Troubleshoots and improves processes and involved in test.
