Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• Having 10 years of experience in a management accounting or budgeting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• At least 5 years of related working experience in Finance/Budget/Forecast Planning/Month end closing/Bad debt reporting.
• Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Proficient in the use of accounting system, Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

New Product Introduction (NPI) is the end-to-end process of bringing a new product to the market from design concept to the end customer. It broadly encompasses the following stages of the engineering team: Lab Prototypes (LP), Production Prototypes (PP) & Production Ramp (PR). 

As an NPI Engineering Intern at Rapsodo, you will be exposed to the different stages of NPI for Rapsodo’s upcoming products to be released. You will also be exposed to the manufacturing environment of how our products are built and supported by our Research & Development (R&D) Team.

• Oversee and guide the toolmakers, training them to enhance their skills and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in all tooling activities.
