Requirements:

· Experience:Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the food production industry.

· Technical Skills:Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.

· Maintenance Skills:Ability to maintain electrical and instrument systems for food production equipment.

· Physical Fitness:Must be physically fit with the capability to carry loads up to 20kg.

· Availability:Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as needed.

· Leadership and Communication:Strong organizational and leadership abilities, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Results-Driven:Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve production goals.

· Problem-Solving Skills:Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the production environment.
