Job Descriptions:

• Manage a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Oversee receiving, kitting, and shipment processes in line with the production plan.
• Maintain accurate records of both system and physical stock levels.
• Foster a safe and organized workplace by promoting safety practices, 5S standards, and effective store arrangements.
• Coordinate maintenance of store equipment with the facilities team.
• Work closely with the Quality department to ensure accurate IQA inspections and material receipt.
• Monitor work orders to support timely kitting for production and address shortages with planners as needed.
• Manage the drip stock list, maintaining safety levels and notifying buyers of discrepancies or shortages.
