Responsibility of HR Executive:

• Assess organizational training needs and enhance the competency framework with training programs and evaluations.
• Manage training systems, budgets, audits, funding claims, and internship programs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Lead employee engagement activities, town halls, and organizational communications.
• Support plant-wide communication initiatives.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resources/ Business or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Recruitment and L&D
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a bonus
