Your Role

We are looking for a Video Production to work closely with the team to achieve project objectives.

What Will You Do

• Be the first point of contact for our clients.
• To work closely with a team of videographers, director and video editors.
• To pitch, secure, manage and executive media projects from start to finish.
• To prepare pre-production and storyboarding for commercial productions.

Job Description:

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ice cream production facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing a team of production workers, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Production Operations: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including mixing, freezing, and packaging of ice cream products.
   Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet production targets to fulfill customer orders on time.
   Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any operational issues to minimize downtime.
   
2. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
   Provide guidance and training to new team members on production processes and safety procedures.
   Conduct regular performance evaluations and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely manner.
   
3. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all ice cream products meet company standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

Working Location: Pandan Loop

Working Days: 6 Days Work/ Week (Mon- Sat)

Working Shifts: Normal shifts start around 7am to around 4pm (Due to business needs, there are days whereby you are required to work until 10pm.)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ice cream production or food manufacturing industry, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment used in ice cream production.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Fluent in Mandarin is essential, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in order to liaise with chinese speaking clients.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and production management software.
