Key Requirements:

Education:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.

· At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

· 5 + years of experience working in Banking IT industry support. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel CRM applications.

· Strong team player. Flexible and being able to manage time effectively.

· Able to work with sense of urgency under multiple deadlines and successfully organize and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

· Experience in L2 / L3 support in a Production Support group in a high availability / mission critical environment.

· Strong understanding of ITIL methodology

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Production Manager
• Daily production planning
• Supervise a team of leaders/workers to achieve quality product and high productivity
• Check and countersign process records and production forms to ensure conformance to quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day operation and rectify non-conformances through coordination with relevant departments
• Handle minor machinery problems
• Perform other activities assigned by immediate superior

Requirement:

• Min 'O' level or Diploma
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience with proven leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Excellent Microsoft office skills
• Able to provide high level of production management
• Possesses relevant supervisory experience in food manufacturing industry

Job Scopes:

• Developing concepts, writing scripts on the visual style, pacing, and overall storytelling, and scheduling for company products and services video.
• Handle the cameras during filming, ensuring that the shots are framed correctly and that the visual quality is maintained.
• Responsible for assembling the raw footage into a coherent final product. This involves cutting and splicing scenes, adding transitions, and working with sound and visual effects to enhance the story. Manage all aspects of audio during production and post-production.
• Overseeing editing, adding special effects, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards
• Coordinating with related personals and ensuring the shoot stays on schedule.
