As a Farm Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the farm operation. You have to ensure that the operation meets client requirement and expectation and undertake the advisory, administrative, compliance and practical duties to keep the site organized and operating within budget and time projections.

Job Description:

• Supervising projects: You oversees the direction of an entire project to ensure it meets expectations and deadlines. You may intervene if something is causing safety issues, adjust timelines based on the project's progress and regularly communicate project goals to on-site employees.
• Reviewing progress: You require to regularly review project progress to assess how closely it's proceeding to the projected timeline. If the project is behind schedule, you may implement strategies to hasten work and simplify approaches or adjust deadlines without compromising on quality or safety.

• Handling communications: You need to communicate about ongoing farm operations with anybody involved in the project, including clients, other contractors and members of the public. You control access to the site, communicate project progress, leverage resources and consult other specialists when their expertise is necessary
• Overseeing employee: You oversee employee and ensure they're conducting work to a high standard and in compliance with regulations. You also represent employees' interests by ensuring compliance with their rights and contracts and rewarding good performance.
• Acquiring resources: You source and select materials and tools to use in ongoing projects to ensure they meet goals. You may make decisions and changes midway through a project if it's going over budget or if more funding has become available in response to client communications
• Inspecting sites: Before compliance officers and inspectors visit a site, you are conduct regular safety inspections to check that the site adheres to regulations to ensure contractors are safe. This may involve making regular audits and inventories of supplies, tools and personnel to ensure they account for everything.

Requirements:

• Master/Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Horticulture/Urban Farming or equivalent
• Worked in a farm operations for at least 7 years of which 5 years in leading the team of more than 3 people will be added advantage
• Involvement in continual improvement activities: reduce operation cycle time, cost and improving quality / service level.

Board Function:

The primary responsibility of Account Executive is to effective maintenance and timely submission for all monthly management report, variance analysis, corporate reporting and others ad hoc reporting and provide accurate cost information that supports effective decision-making and cost control within the organisation. Job Description / Responsibilities:

Month-end, quarterly and year-end closing functions

• Examined balance sheet open item and analysed journal and ledger entries, bank statements, inventories, expenditures and other accounting and financial records to ensure financial recording accuracy and comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with production and technical to ensure fixed assets is capitalised on time.
• Coordinate the year end audit process.

Reporting

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management report, corporate reporting, and other ad hoc reporting.
• Coordinating & collating the essential information for tax queries raise by tax agent.

Support the Annual Budgetary process.

• Preparation of Yearly Budgetary Plan twice a year
• Support annual stock take by performing data mapping, data verification and report generation.
• Leading annual Fixed Asset sighting and audit

Roll out of Annual Standard Cost

• Review the annual purchase price.
• Update existing manufacturing cost, direct, conversion cost, SG& A cost rate.
• Calculate and allocate fixed costs based on the annual budget.
• Roll up component costs in the accounting system.
• Inventory re-valuation in the system

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent with min 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent skills in Excel & power BI, Power query
• Proficient in data analysis with knowledge in SQL, Power applications
• Familiar with SAP system
• Possess good and effective communication skill with all levels with the organization.
