Key Responsibilities

• Perform and abide by the QHSE System procedure layout.
• Conduct product blending, packaging & RFID printing process.
• Feedback to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager of any problems which may be detrimental to the quality / quantity of the product.
• Perform additional RFID printing off-line process in Production.
• Ensure material is stored according to the quality procedure, SOP and work instructions at clearly defined location.
• Stock-take with MI Coordinator on raw material weekly.
• Cycle Count with MI Coordinator on all items monthly.
• Conduct yearly cycle count inventory in charge by MI.
• Picking raw materials (esp. drums) from the warehouse to the Production floor daily.
• Conduct tank filling and flashing process.
• Conduct raw material weighing.
• Conduct housekeeping inside and outside of the Production floor.

NPD Print Packaging Management For All assigned Projects:

• Drawing on years of print experience, you will assess new packaging designs for print feasibility.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Preferably in a FMCG environment experience
• Deep subject matter expertise and proven experience on all printing and prepress processes, preference for packaging experience beyond cartons– Tubes, Jars, Labels Cans etc.
• Subject matter expert in Color Management across multiple print processes
• Documented leadership in print, prepress and project management.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or programs; achieves team targets and individual goals through successful executions of defined objectives
• Fundamental Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) expert not required, PowerPoint, Word and Excel on a MAC platform is required
• Cross platform experience in Microsoft and document management application is required Financial budgeting skills and competency is required
