Job Description:

• Lead metal Additive Manufacturing process, materials and application development and service projects, including material selection, part design, parameterization, prototyping and manufacturing of AM parts
• Scoping, managing, and executing of customer projects within budget and schedule, ensure deliverables, objectives and customer requirements are met
• Provide technical consultation and support to customer enquiries relating to metal AM application
• Operation of metal AM machines and auxiliary equipment, including maintenance, troubleshooting, risk assessment, and managing of AM lab
• Documentation of project reports, engineering reports, technical data, process know-hows; development of SOPs and best practices for AM equipment and processes
• Support market promotion and customer engagement; participate in local or overseas industry exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences, and seminars; facilitate lab tours, demos and presentations
• Provide technical content to support creation of marketing collaterals such as demo parts, product videos, whitepaper, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Master / PHD in Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace or equivalent
• Min 5 years of working experience with metal Additive Manufacturing process and application development
• Hands-on experience with LMD/DED machine operation
• Proficient in data preparation, CAD/CAM and toolpath generation for LMD/DED process
• Strong understanding of LMD/DED process, materials, and key process variables
• Experience with parameters development, material characterization, or process simulation
• Familiar with metal AM process chain
• Keen on hands-on work
• Fast learner and agile, able to adapt to dynamic work environment
• Able to work independently and self-motivated

DeltaV Batch Engineer - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day tasks related to DeltaV Batch programming, configuration, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new batch systems.
• Provide technical assistance during system testing and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DeltaV Batch applications and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in Pharmaceutical industry, focusing on projects or operations.
• Experience in programming, configuration, and support of DeltaV Batch systems.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DeltaV Batch applications and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and GMP regulations is a plus.
• DeltaV Batch certification is also advantageous.
