To assist in the production of pastry products and to ensure orders are fulfilled timely.
Job Responsibilities:
ยท To perform hands-on work in the marking of pastry products
ยท To maintain consistent quality in the preparation of products
ยท To ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products
ยท To assist with logistics such as trolley wrap/cover/retrievability, product picking & dispatch, wherever required
ยท To execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department
ยท To observe and adhere to highest safety, sanitary & hygiene standards in the production area.
ยท To comply with ISO22000, AVA and other local food authrorities, including MUIS/ Halal, requirements
ยท To perform or assist with administrative activities such as those related to production planning & ISO 22000 / SAP production documentation
ยท To ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas
ยท To closely work with the team and the department
Job Requirements:
ยท Exposure in the packing, labelling & / or dispatching of western pastry/ savoury / bakery products & on a large scale
ยท Familiarisation with ISO22000 Food Quality Control System and FSSC system
ยท Knowledge in running the relevant equipment, as necessary
ยท Good if have prior experience working in a factory setting
ยท Able to carry out instructions independently and team player
