Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree of Engineering in Automation / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

· Previous 3-6 years’ experience as a validation engineer or in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of automation engineering system design concept & development, manufacturing processes and safety regulations.

· Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Attention to detail.

· Knowledge of statistical software analysis (e.g., MINITAB, MATLAB)

· Well versed in Microsoft office tools (Excel/ Word / Power point)

· Have knowhow in Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and CPK study.

· Attention to details and eager to learn new technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager to plan the production schedule.
• Monitor day-to-day operation to ensure the operation is smooth and meets the production schedule.
• Ensure that the entire operations are following EHS, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) requirements with good quality culture.
