Advanced Analytics is a newly created function in ASM Global Operations target to reimagine and reinvent how advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and intelligent automation can help to revolutionize Operations, improve various business outcome and drive innovation. We are looking for an experienced, driven AI Engineer to join us as the key team member to architect and build our AI and automation solutions, showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solution, and innovate solutions and drive outcome towards our “Digital Twin for Operations” future. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the creation of a company’s AI and Intelligent Automation, and Digital Twin architecture with varying frameworks and deployment models to devise and execute AI architecture strategy.
- Define AI architecture and guide leaders and decision-makers in choosing compatible technologies.
- Work closely with AI leaders and AI program managers to help move forward, integrating AI into existing systems and prepare systems for new AI programs and applications to keep pace with emerging trends.
- Design and develop advanced analytics and AI/ML models, systems, infrastructure and solutions for Global Operations Business Functions.
- To have detailed understanding problem statement, analyze business problems, identify data sources, extract, transform, process, simulate outputs, test, productionize and maintain solutions.
- AI.ML Operations – Automate and integrate data and AI solutions development and deployment: Identify and prioritize opportunities and develop proof of concepts for AI/ML/algorithmic application to automate manual business process executions, build systems and solutions that can integrate into existing systems.
- Implement models and converting them into application programming interfaces (APIs)/ Microservices aligning to the AI architecture and strategy.
- Work with other team members, including IT, data analysts/ scientists, digital engineers and AI leaders, to support digital transformation.
- Collaborating with security professionals to manage potential risks and implement AI technologies, applications, and infrastructure in keeping with ethical policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ master’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering or related specifications.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML projects
- Adaptability and continuous learning to stay up to date with latest development in AI, new tools, technics and advancements emerging all the time.
- Hands on E2E Data Analytics project experience and statistics/ML algorithms concepts application
ERP / SAP R/3/ S4 HANA/ Oracle / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics / Quality /
- Engineering business process knowledge.
- Proven track record in solution deployment across functions.
- Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to build influential relationship with internal stakeholders, Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills are vital.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with ML, deep learning, Computer Vision, TensorFlow, Python, NLP. Knowledge in Generative AI .
