Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 3 years of experience in handling machine and equipment in a food manufacturing industry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with good planning, organization and project management skills.
• Familiar with local regulation (SFA, NEA) and F&B certifications (BRC/FSSC22000).

Job Responsibilities:

• Study orders and forecasts. Develop delivery plans
• Liaise with customers on delivery commitment
• Coordinate the delivery plans internally with Production department
• Monitor production progress and outputs. Analyse delays and interruptions, discuss and resolve it with the Production department to ensure delivery commitment
• Carry out material planning. Advise Purchasing on how much and when the materials are needed, to avoid shortages and excesses
