REQUIREMENTS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Science (Pharmacy).

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to operate at maximum capacity without compromising performance. 
• Adjust the sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output, minimizing defects and inconsistencies. 
• Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition. 
• Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials, reducing waste. 
• Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.  Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. 
• Based on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality. 
• Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Degree in any Engineering fields with 3-4 years in the manufacturing process monitoring experience.
• Fresh Degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science.
• Good understanding for Sputtering-related knowledge such as PVD, CVD processes.
• Strong analytical skills with exposure to software tools (Minitab, Microsoft Office).
