Position Summary:

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and managing the production process of the EVAL Manufacturing site, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, and makes any necessary process changes to maintain the production safely and stably. The Shift Supervisors are responsible for the efficient operation of the EVAL Plant in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Position title: Production Supervisor

Salary: $2200 - $3000

Location: (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:
- Able to lead, train and coach team member

- Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule

- Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product

- Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines

- Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse

- Create, maintain and update the SAP system

- ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance

- Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation

- Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule

- Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

- Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage

- At least 3-5 years manufacturing work experience required

- Able to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates

• Experience in application support role for min 5 years for support and good knowledge of Java, Unix/Linux, SQL
• Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
• Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
• Knowledge of web applications, batch jobs, JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL, Shell
• Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup
• Dynamic individual with thirst to learn
• Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills & ability to meet SLAs
