Job Description Summary:

- To maintain all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, overall equipment effectiveness, mean time between failure and mean time to repair.

Responsibilities:

-Production machinery and equipment maintenance • Maintain and repair all different production equipment to generate the best desired output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)

- Troubleshoot in accordance with the checklists, monitoring procedures, mini specification, and any engineering instructions in compliance with customers’ requirement and internal quality standards.

- Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repair, calibration and conduct periodic and non-periodic equipment preventive maintenance

- Manage spare part inventory and maintain the production facility clean and safe. • Ensure that materials are used and handled appropriately to avoid scraps

- Perform daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

- Entry level candidate are welcomed to apply as training provided.

- Able to work on 12 hours shift.

- Manufacturing experience would advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Perform OCOE bidding System Operator function during the bidding exercise.

· Perform system health status check on network and firewall devices, servers, load balancers, monitoring tools and UPS.

· Perform, track and monitor system backups based on established Backup and Recovery Procedures and schedules

· Monitor the OCOE system during exercise.

· Administer OCOE removal media movement.

· Escalate any backup issues to the TSM Backup Administrator.

Qualifications:

· Familiar with basic data centre operations;

· Knowledge of tape management process including monitoring, tracking and changing of backup tape media;

· Working knowledge of Windows environment;

· Knowledge of network, system monitoring tools is advantageous;
