Job DescriptionOverall responsibilities

1.1. Responsible to lead two teams of production operators/sewer to meet daily production targets, schedule and quality standards

1.2. Plan workflow on the production teams to achieve production targets

1.3. Draw up duty roster for operators/technicians; allocating work and authorize overtime which is justified by capacity planning and reporting

1.4. Motivate and guide the operators and technicians, maintain discipline and manage their performance appraisals

1.5. Responsible for the safety and security management of the production floor

1.6. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process and quality system

1.7. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system

1.8. Responsible to initiate the daily production scheduler meeting and attend the daily operations meeting

Packaging Operator/ Technician (Operate Forklift, Food manufacturing, Company bus provided, Jurong Island)

Job Description

• To operate, monitor and maintain packaging system ad powder transport system in compliance with Plant Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Follow the unloading of all raw material and additives
• Record all packaging facts
• Take sample and do analysis control
• Detect and report any malfunction of the machines and non conformity on bags
• Able to do front line trouble shooting of all packaging equipment
• Work with maintenance staff to solve problems on production line
• Shipment preparation, picking, loading and unloading
• Take part to lean projects such 5S, SMED workgroup and the writing of operational manuals and instructions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in cGMP environment / chemical industry or Food manufacturing industry.
• Operate Forklift
• Good knowledge in HACCP principles
• Good working experience in operating of wrapping machine, packing machine, etc
• Good team player
