• Post the expense accounts of employees by allocating to the proper general ledger and cost centres
• Check, control and justify all the supplier accounts
• Check, control and justify all the customer accounts (through aged balance for example)
• Check the accuracy of the income statement
• Check, control and justify some balance sheet accounts
• Ensure all the mandatory tax declarations to be done locally respecting the legal deadlines
• Manage the accuracy of the accruals
• Creates accounts payable
• Manage the intercompany reconciliation
• Manage the accountancy of the inventories (including write offs)
• Manage the incoterms adjustments
• Monitor projects involving capital investments
• Calculate sales commissions for subsidiaries
• Responsible for the general accouting for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account
• Responsible for the auxiliary accounts (suppliers, customers) for the balance sheet and the Profit and Loss account
• Responsible for accounting for the fixed assets
• Responsible for cost control and for the monthly closing of accounts in local and IFRS standards
• Analyze production costs and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.
• Provide auditors with audit schedules
• Justify the main restatements on the closing of accounts

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in accounting or its equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience

Working as a Refueller Operator at Changi Airport you will be involved in:

Job Description

• Overseas entire manufacturing facilities, schedule and flow of work or between departments to expedite production
• Review master production schedule and work orders and revises schedule according to work order specifications, establish priorities and availability or capacity of workers, material, machine and equipment.
• Reschedule identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine set-up, to develop cost-effective measures
• Review distributes work order to departments, donating quantity, type and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
• Review documents such as production schedule, work orders and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and material priorities
• Liaise with department supervisors to determine progress of work and provide information on processing
• Compile reports concerning of work and downtime due to failure of machine and equipment and to explain on production delays.
• Maintain inventory of materials needed to complete productions.

Requirements

• At least bachelor degree, post graduate diploma in any science, engineering, management or others filed related to planning and job arrangement.
• Minimum 2 year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment
• Well versed in computer skill especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.
• Close attention to details is essential
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory and in timely manner
