• Supervise and assess operational functions, aiming to identify areas for enhancement through process refinement and automation.
• Establish and manage a proficient Engineering team, ensuring they provide comprehensive technical assistance to operations while meeting production demands and regulatory standards.
• Implement process control measures and oversee capital and project statuses to optimize process performance and capitalize on equipment investments.
• Ensure execution of improvement plans by the technical team, delivering savings and increased output within project timelines.
• Evaluate operational processes to pinpoint opportunities for significant gains in productivity and quality.
• Provide leadership to Technical, Equipment, Process Engineers, and Work Safety personnel to drive process development and offer top-tier technical support.
• Uphold Work Safety and Health standards for all production processes and equipment, guaranteeing operational safety measures are in place to eliminate potential hazards for production operators and engineers.
• Devise a strategy for establishing a robust Technical services framework, incorporating a world-class preventive maintenance plan.
• Lead and oversee in-house and automation machine development, from concept to budgeting, testing, operation, and upgrades, ensuring alignment with production requirements and developmental objectives.

Duties:

• Responsible for Tanning and Finishing production planning by publishing the weekly schedule, and to attend daily production meetings.
• Work closely with production team to ensure that the output can meet with scheduled planning
• Define production capacity with Production department and track the planned vs actual.
• Work closely with internal functions to keep promised dates to the customers.
• Proactively working to detect the potential issues and failures in order to get products ready on time as promised

Additional information:

• With prior experience in Warehousing/ Inventory Management/ Demand planning/ Distribution planning will be an advantage
