DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production

• Effective production planning and execution

• Good forecasting for materials and stock build up

• Good manpower control

• Good hygiene and cleaning practices

NAVision System

• Update and maintain accuracy of system inventory

• Creating production orders

• Performing input, output, product reclassification and adjustments

• Submitting monthly stock-take records

HR Related Matters

• Rostering of manpower

• Updating of Organization Chart

• Updating and submission of attendance records

• Administer e-leave system

• Work closely with Production/Factory Manager and HR IC pertaining to an employee matter

• Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates and HR IC for hiring process

• Orientate new hires, see to exiting procedures for resigning employees

Purchase Requisition

• Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels of production equipment supplies and office stationery supplies

• Liaise, source, discuss and negotiate with appointed vendors for any ad-hoc equipment/projects or services

General Administrative Support

• Partake in daily/weekly meetings, recording minutes of meetings

• Handling petty cash and Cash Cards

Others

• Production improvement initiative

• Assist in preparing monthly report

• Other tasks assign by superior

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience in the Electronics manufacturing sector

• Capable of collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in project management and customer service abilities

• Display a strong customer-centric approach and goal-oriented mindset

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication proficiencies

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partner

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Assist in leading a team of warehouse assistants to perform order fulfilment .
• Daily planning & organizing of goods delivery .
• Support Warehouse Manager for effective utilization of warehouse space.
• Manage put away, picking and control inventory movement within the warehouse .
• Receive products from supplier shipment and unload trucks at the loading docks .
• Plan and load trucks for export markets at the loading docks.
• Conduct periodical count / annual stock count.
• Provide paperwork documentation for the inventory workflow processes .
• Ensure all warehouse equipment and resources are compliant to safety and security.
• Able to work night shift and carry heavy goods.

As a Maintenance Technician (Electrical / Mechanical) in Rolls- Royce Singapore, you will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s auxiliary equipment.
• Perform corrective maintenance of production equipment during production and scheduled preventive maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Competent to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams and perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments and execute high level complex troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties and detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas and support the Manufacturing Services Leader in all equipment maintenance activities for the facility.
• Ability to work in a 3 rotating shift pattern (5 days work-week).

Essential Qualifications:

• Possess at least a NTC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent number of years of education.
• Minimum 8 years of equipment maintenance experience and 5 years of working in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Maximo system.
• Led transformation projects and is familiar with continuous improvement methodologies such as six sigma and lean.
• In-depth understanding of machine tools is essential and experience in the machine maintenance is a must
• Good understanding of industry regulations and best practices of asset management and production maintenance.

• Vacuum Furnaces and Hot Forming Rigs
• Chemical Lines
• Blasting, Peening, Spraying and Polishing Machines
• Robotics
