• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product development issues, including formulation adjustments and process optimization.
• Participate in cost analysis and contribute to the optimization of product cost efficiency.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulations related to dairy, frozen desserts, and premixes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in R&D, preferably within the dairy, frozen desserts, or food manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of food ingredients, formulation, and processing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and product testing methodologies.
• Understanding of food safety regulations, quality standards, and product compliance (e.g., HACCP, ISO, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

· Assist with the loading and offloading of materials from the vehicle

· Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties

· Perform safe lifting operations with the lorry crane

· Perform collection and delivery of goods/materials to required destination

· Ensuring material/cargoes are secured safely prior to and during transport

· Responsible for daily inspection of lorry crane

· Maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Class 4/5 driving license
• Lorry Crane license

Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $5500 + AWB + Bonus (depend on EXP)
• Location: Loyang (Pasir Ris)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), Office Hours

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee and lead the project team to ensure product deliver is within the stipulated time.
• Manage existing clients and meet new clients to generate more project.
• Liaise with client regarding product specification & requirements, cost, quality of a project and provide a quotation on it.
• Coordinate with internal team member (tool designer and engineering on design for manufacturing (DFM)) to ensure the product created meet client expectation.

You will need: -

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with managing skills in manufacuring industry.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing on moulding environment & mechanical product design will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

The main function of this job is to generate maximum output of quality products through effective use of assigned resources and assets. To achieve this goal, this position:

• Looks at optimizing production, yield and product quality.
• Implement and maintain quality systems, improvement projects and other initiatives and tasks in line operation.

Operations

• Achieve line and batch efficiency and output requirements
• Maximize output by reducing downtime through monitoring and controlling changeover time.
• Produce the right quality by managing all quantity according to the process order.
• Ensure proper product labelling, coding and other information accurately.
• Carry out the right cleaning, sanitation and GMP according to Quality System requirements.
• Proper handover before going on leave / changeover shift.
• Follow strictly safety and environment requirements at the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC qualifications in Engineering, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
