Major Functions:

The Assistant Manager for the Market Transformation Team will play a key role in driving WWF Singapore's initiatives to engage businesses, producers, and consumers in sustainable practices, specifically in preventing deforestation and conversion of ecosystems and reducing waste to landfill. This role involves supporting the implementation of market transformation strategies, fostering partnerships, and promoting sustainable business models to achieve conservation goals.

The Assistant Manager must have a good understanding of key principles of corporate sustainability, behavioural change and/or responsible sourcing. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

● Project leadership and support

○ Lead and support multiple projects focused on responsible sourcing for agri-commodities (eg. palm oil, cacao), circular economy, and plastics (eg. F&B packaging). Elements of behavioural change would be present in some projects.

○ Design, plan, and execute market transformation projects, ensuring alignment with WWF Singapore's conservation goals and strategies. This can include supporting other teams with corporate fundraising.

○ Coordinate project activities, manage resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery. This includes preparing regular reports on project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned, and communicating these to internal and external stakeholders.

Technical knowledge and project management

○ The Assistant Manager should have a good understanding of at least 2 out of 3 domains: corporate sustainability, responsible sourcing, and behavioural change.

■ Corporate sustainability: Understand what makes a corporate sustainable, including various benchmarking or assessments, and the challenges of integrating sustainability into business strategy and plans.

■ Responsible sourcing: Apply technical knowledge in responsible sourcing to guide project implementation and stakeholder engagement, including multiple tiers of suppliers. Be familiar with sustainability certification schemes (ideally for agri-commodities and seafood), their pros and cons, and understand traceability to origin.

■ Behavioural change: Have strong knowledge of behavioral change with on-ground experience in developing and managing human-centered design projects, including conducting mixed methods research such as literature reviews, journey mapping, and focus group discussions. Be familiar with data analysis to fine-tune project design.

Project Background

The healthcare systems of the future must effectively harness data to empower clinicians so that they can focus on delivering patient care while leveraging AI to uncover patterns beyond human capacity to detect, enhance diagnostic accuracy, optimize workflows, and improve risk communication. For effectively utilizing AI to achieve this end, access to large datasets from clinical practice remains a challenge as data privacy can prevent the transfer of sensitive data from sites of collection to large compute infrastructure. One approach for overcoming this in development of AI models for health, is federated analysis that has only been utilized for this purpose to a limited extent. For widespread use of federated methods, software infrastructure is needed that can handle diverse data sources as well as for optimizing model training across different consumer hardware.

One area of particular interest for research on AI for health is seamless incorporation of scientific models (which frequently are image-based) into AI toolchains. Examples for use of such models in health research are e.g. CFD models for cardiovascular applications and FE models in musculoskeletal health assessment. Merging scientific modelling technologies with other important data sources from clinical practice will allow researchers to leverage established laws and insights to drive the development of sophisticated learned models that can revolutionize diagnosis and care.

With this project, we aim to develop robust infrastructure that supports large-scale, expert-driven scientific endeavours, ensuring the effective application of AI in the field of musculoskeletal health. Focus will be on the seamless integration of advanced model-based biomechanical markers of bone health into AI workflows.

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Pricing and Market Access, ideally at a global, area or large affiliate level
• BA/BS in pharmacy, economics, life sciences or comparable equivalent experience

Job Desciption:

• Support the Business Development Manager in setting and achieving company goals.
• Assist in maintaining existing customers, developing new ones, and handling contract negotiations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales presentations, product demos, and exhibitions.
• Work with R&D to enhance presentations on new product features and technologies.

We're seeking a Junior Data Analyst based in Singapore to analyze the media trend in the India market. You will leverage data analysis and market research techniques to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.

Job Description:

• Oversee the quality of ratings from external vendors and ensure accurate assessment of Punjabi or Tamil content in relevance to media.
• Generate detailed reports that analyze issues, patterns, and trends specific to Punjabi or Tamil media content.
• Use data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) to identify insights and uncover relevance issues within query logs and metrics.
• Collaborate closely with statisticians, engineers, and data scientists to evaluate and refine search algorithms.

Requirements:
