Roles & Responsibilities
• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary;
• To prepare project costing;
• To prepare documents for tender and contract; &
• To liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers/vendors for project cost issues.
Qualifications: -
1) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
2) Minimum 10 & above years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
3) Strong understanding of construction processes.
4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
5) Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
