MAIN PURPOSE

· Manage planning, organizing, and developing technical information for new products and existing products.

· Verify Product names, claims, marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view, then substantiate all with efficacy test data and other technical information.

· Support regional & local marketing activities from technical aspects.

· Support regional & local RA team for claim substantiation.

· Conduct consumer research and competitor research in the cosmetics industry to propose and develop more attractive claims and technical information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional technical information development

· Create technical information according to new product concept.

· Check and verify product claims and plan how to substantiate them by ingredients and formula information or efficacy tests.

· Plan and execute efficacy tests in-house or with third parties, and review and analyse the test results.

· Finalize and confirm all claims with MKT.

· Communicate well with marketing, regulatory, and other R&D members to execute the above jobs.

Regional marketing activities support

· Support to create marketing materials such as mechanism diagram, educational contents, or demo movie to explain unique technology or ingredients formulated and the efficacy in the products.

· Check and verify marketing communications and advertisements from the regional regulation and science points of view and provide alternative suggestions if needed.

· Participate and present technical information in marketing events.

Regional regulatory activities support

· Answer local authority inquiries by creating the explanation letters or providing the supporting documents.

Consumer and Competitors research

· Conduct APAC area’s consumer research to understand APAC consumers deeply.

· Research and analyse competitors’ claims and activities to understand market trend and competitiveness.

· Have equivalent level of knowledge as the graduate from Science or Pharmaceutical department.

· Motivating and working well in team and independently.

· Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge in appropriate situations.

· Strong communication skill.

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support Sales team(s), which could be selling multiple events/products across regions. They will provide structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis & investigation, reporting, data management & floorplan management. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between multiple stakeholders at a given time. Being able to prioritize tasks would be essential due to the multiple events that’s being required to handle. Attending events local/overseas to support Sales & Operations team to ensure the smooth success of the event.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales Administration & Team Support
  • Sales enabling administration including issuing sales contract and invoice, payment collection and floorplan management
  • Monitor sales figures and remind relevant sales persons/offices to follow up on outstanding contract/payment for responsible event(s)
  • Ensure customer queries are answered and/or resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage the distribution of the exhibitor manual order forms and be the point of contact for responsible event(s)
  • Provide necessary forms for: sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue (publishing events) and facilities forms for online customer tools
  • Act as key liaison point with Event Operations team for customer data and Event floor plan queries
  • Prioritizing tasks and eye for details
  • Where required, support Event team in organisation of sales events
• CRM (Salesforce) / invoicing system (EMS) support to sales teams
  • Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) on Salesforce.com business process for sales teams, cross training and sharing knowledge
  • Support data entry into invoicing system and Salesforce.com and ensure accuracy through period analysis
• Reporting, Data Analysis & Investigation
  • Perform Salesforce (CRM) reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Where relevant manage integration of International Joint Venture reports
  • Support Sales team with proactive insight and trend analysis
• Campaign Management
  • Support to Sales Leadership and CRM team to set up, assign and manage campaigns
  • Manage the gathering of member lists / data for campaigns and QA
• Testing & Improving Salesforce Development
  • Act as liaison between Sales team and CRM team to gather regular system feedback
  • Help identify priorities for development and gather requirements
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing

As an Apprentice, Marketing Support, you will play a crucial role in assisting our marketing team in various aspects of marketing and promotional activities. You will be responsible for producing and deploying social media and digital content, executing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with media and other partners to enhance our brand's visibility. Additionally, you will be involved in managing on-site marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and Deploy Social Media and Digital Content:

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and post content on social media channels.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Execute EDM Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create email marketing campaigns.
• Manage email lists and segment them for targeted outreach.
• Schedule and send promotional emails.
• Analyze email campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Engage, Onboard, and Monitor Media and Other Partners:

• Identify potential media and promotional partners.
• Develop relationships with partners and coordinate joint promotional activities.
• Monitor partner performance and report on key metrics.
• Ensure partners adhere to branding and messaging guidelines.

Provide and Manage Onsite Marketing Activities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of onsite marketing events and activities.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events and ensure materials are prepared.
• Collect and analyse data from onsite activities to measure their effectiveness.
