The Senior Operations Support Executive (OSE)/Assistant Manager (AM) assists in nonclinical administration and support operations to manage the Care Home facilities and a team to run daily administrative, operational, logisitics, maintenance, safety and security activities required to deliver the required resident services to the healthcare team and residents of the Care Home. The Role

• Collaborate and assist the Product Manager in their assigned categories so as to achieve company’s financial goal and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performances measures for the company
• Co-ordinate and assist in implementing and executing all action plans to achieve category sales, profit and income goal and objectives
• Support Product Manager on all aspects of administration processes for new supplier partners and new product developments
• Ensure cost and price changes is reflected timely
• Ensure new article creation is created timely
• Support in the management of consignment related duties
• Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of promotions download, obtain sign off for press advertisement
• Support Product Managers with weekly promotion commitment and collations with Operations Team and supplier partners
• Coordination with respective suppliers on administrative updates
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for System maintenance
• Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations
• Any other adhoc duties as required

About You

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline

Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. The Job:

• Manage sales activities for multi-brand / model commercial vehicles, including internal combustion, electric, and hybrid vehicles
