• To ensure that any preventive maintenance required by any IT equipment in the hotel is carried out on scheduled time, establish a maintenance checklist of all IT equipment installed in the hotel and ensure that a properly controlled physical environment is created to accommodate all the hardware required by all systems
• To follow through the timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment
• Be required to work at irregular hours and ready/available on call basis in case of minor system failures and emergencies
• To establish procedures to ensure the backup of data in any IT system; ensure that all system users are properly trained on such backup procedures; and monitor compliance for the same
• To design and develop any application software for specific user department requirement, including software support and maintenance

Job Scope:

1. Input up-to-date research findings and prospect data into database.
2. Conduct simple research on prospective donors using public sources to help identify new individuals and corporates who could donate, and to help compile profiles to prepare fundraisers.
3. Compile and update donation and fund related information in the departments CRM database.
4. Provide support in preparation of data for development of new data analytics projects, e.g., studying effectiveness of email content.
5. Other basic database admin connected to prospects and donors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum A-Levels/Diploma qualification
2. Possess experience working on databases and reviewing and collating quantitative data or qualitative information from public sources.
