Objectives

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with no/minimal experience, including those without a legal background, who are eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will support the legal team in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the legal team, including calendar management, expense processing, and correspondence handling
• Filing and organization of confidential legal documents (both physical and digital)
• Maintain department calendars and monitor time-sensitive deadlines for legal matters
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain / retrieve necessary information / documents / approvals
• Translate legal documents from English to Chinese and vice versa
• Conduct research and prepare relevant materials as may be required by in-house Legal Counsels
• Support the legal team in various ad-hoc initiatives and general office management tasks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant administrative experience (legal / corporate fields are preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
