Responsibilities

• Resolving daily collection / delivery issues.
• Conduct weekly toolbox / training session.
• Perform cross training for team members.
• Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles.
• Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses.
• Responsible for team performance & discipline.
• Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team.
• Act as backup for another fleet supervisor during their absent.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma
• Minimum 1-2 Yrs of relevant experience
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills

Position objective and summary

Looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions and strong leadership qualities.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

Overall, In charge of the smooth operations of the subsea department.

Assist QHSE Manager to implement and maintain the OHS management system.

Liaise / co-ordinate with client representatives.

Should be familiar with IMCA / OGP compliance audits and procedures.

Brief all divers and supervisors on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed at the diving site and ensure the diving operation is carried out in accordance with the diving project plan (DPP).

Ensure proper documentation control – service reports, apply MPA Permits, and contractor permits.

Liaise with Diving Manager and Maintain safety of dive team and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from dive site equipped to deal with emergencies as per Emergency response plan.

Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of OGP, SS511 & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of the company and verify with Diving Manager.

Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition and liaise with workshop team.

Liaise with the Fleet superintendent regarding the safe and effective operations of the Dive Support Vessel and ensure the vessels are fully operational.

Ensure that relevant hazard identification and risk assessment has been carried out for the diving operation.

Plan the mobilization of diving equipment & personnel by conferring with relevant parties.

Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA/SS511 standards.

Ensure all project documentation, dive records and associated documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Ensure that work carried out according to the schedule.

Optimize the use of material and reduce the wastage in the operations.

• Handling daily customer service and clinic administrative duties
• Provide basic advice to customers in medical treatments and attend to various enquiries
• Providing both pre and post treatment care
• Promote clinic services and speciality treatments
• Ensure a high level of care and service to patients

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years’ experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a Customer Service or Admin related role
• Able to work 5.5 days
