Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and manage a small team of restaurant crew members during assigned shifts.
  Delegate tasks effectively and ensure completion to maintain smooth operations.
  Motivate and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
  
• Operations Management: Ensure the store operates efficiently during the shift, including food preparation, order accuracy, and timely service.
  Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
  Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly. Ensure orders meet Subway's quality standards and customer expectations.
  
• Administrative Duties: Handle cash management, including closing tills and preparing shift reports.
  Assist in scheduling staff shifts and coordinating breaks. Report to the Store Manager on operational updates and performance metrics.

Job Purpose

The Corporate Sales Executive/Executive, Operations & Sales, Private Leasing will be responsible to support the daily sales operations for our SPRAC. This position will be working closely with the StridesMSvcs/ Operations & Maintenance/ Fleet Management.

Responsibilities

1. Key Performance Indicators

• Secure new corporate & personal accounts for long term leasing, monthly rental, and transient basis.
• Attend to enquiries and follow-up with potential sales leads through cold calling and telemarketing.
• Meet monthly sales target and vehicle hired-out rate to achieve KPI.
• Prepare quotations and arrange for car viewing sessions with prospects.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

2. Customer Service

• Ensure service excellence towards customers.
• Continual engagement and networking with customers.
• Handle enquiries and feedback professionally and ensure resolution of these cases.
• Ensure customers are given appropriate response within stipulated time frame.
• Work with inter-departments to ensure customer feedback is resolved.

3. Productivity Movements

• Participate in Kaizen projects to improve work processes and practices.
• Participate in Staff Suggestion Scheme, 5S and other department committees.

4. Others

• Consolidate & Submission of Daily Sales Funnel report.
• Monitor and update market intelligence.
• Administrative work and administering leasing contracts.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• 2 years of sales/ related experience.

• Prior experience in vehicle leasing within the transport industry is a plus.

• Positive mindset with acceptance to constant changes.

• Possess a valid 3/ 3A driving license.

Job Summary

• To promote an effective quality programme includes identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments on quality and patient safety training needs, standards development, design and implementation of audit tools and risk management activities:
• Monitor current healthcare trends in quality, patient safety metrics and performance improvement practices;

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline, preferably Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3- 5 years experience in quality management, preferably in the Healthcare industry;
• Have a background in quality assurance, quality improvement, patient safety and/or PDPA;
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes Effects Analysis would be highly advantageous;
• Knowledge of statutory regulations and guidelines pertaining to all aspects of healthcare;

- Plan and prepare monthly activities schedule for clients.

- Engage with the clients during the activities.

- Pack and distribute food ration packages.

- Assess clients’ need and make necessary referrals to appropriate agencies and/or various care services.

- Manage and maintain all necessary documentations and paperwork of clients’ data and centre activities.

- Maintain the general cleanliness of the centre.

Client & NOK Engagement Related Scope

• Attend team meetings to discuss and follow up on administrative care referrals for clients where necessary.

• Maintain and upkeep administrative documentation of all clients including filing, tracking and updating where necessary.
• Maintain and upkeep Centre’s databases
• Manage and update data into relevant system such as IRMS, ILTC and NMTS.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION
