Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all vessels loading status
• Maintain CBF/Booking Forecast Table. Update balance to load figures on daily basis
• Ensure all required documents, Portnet creation are duly completed before vessel closing time (including sending of final forecast and special container list to Partner/V0)
• Upload / Input booking / loading data into inhouse system
• Attend to customers enquiry and build close relationships with customers
• Rate quotation
