JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Able to handle full spectrum of HR areas, except recruitment and training L&D
• Well versed with monthly payroll processing (headcount is about 200)
• Coordinating work pass application/ renewal/ cancellation
• Coordinating onboarding/offboarding
• Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Contribute to developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and meticulous in managing employee records and HR documentation.

Job scope:

• Assist in administrative work and data entry

Duties

What role will you play?
