As Senior Manager, you will lead targeted marketing programs, connecting product strategy with sales and marketing tactics to drive success. You’ll collaborate with global teams to develop data-driven programs, insights, and messaging, while tracking performance and aligning with product managers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product marketing in the EU, aligning strategies with product and sales teams to drive new revenue and growth.
• Collaborate with senior product leaders to ensure marketing programs support business goals and prioritise sales opportunities.
• Execute regional marketing plans using global strategies and content to meet objectives like awareness, demand generation, and user campaigns.
• Lead the regional voice of the customer, creating strategic content and programs tailored to regional needs and priorities.
• Manage co-marketing initiatives with strategic bank partners to increase consumer awareness and drive repeat usage of enabled solutions.
• Oversee the localisation of marketing and sales content to support client engagements and regional use case requirements in the EU.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, with 8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or B2B marketing roles.
• Strong strategic thinker with a results-driven approach, tackling challenges with thoughtfulness and urgency.
• Audience-focused, with a proven ability to uncover key insights and apply them to marketing strategies.
• Effective communicator with strong executive presence, capable of presenting ideas clearly and with impact.
• Collaborative team player who brings energy, creativity, and a positive culture to the team.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of financial and analytical aspects, and a focus on ROI.
