• Prepare and check all shipping documents such as B/L, packing list, certificate of origin etc. to ensure that they are complete and comply with AVA import and export rules and regulations
• Coordinate AVA inspection when shipment arrive at warehouse
• Book cargo space and purchase insurance for shipments
• Liaise with Freight Forwarder, transportation, etc. to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
• Import & export arrangements

• Lead the planning and development of contracting strategies for all terminals, ensuring alignment with project scope and contractor market insights. Involve early on, starting from the Investment Proposal stage.

• Co-ordinates with site staff on workers’ work permit matters;
• Follows through on home leave application of foreign workers and seeks the necessary approvals;  Purchases air tickets for workers;
• Maintains and updates workers records in HRMS, HR folder and personal files;
• Handles on-boarding of foreign workers including offer letter preparation and conduct of orientation training;
• Carries out prompt update of staff and worker daily movement report;
