The Role

• Build an engaging brand persona for Food & Beverage offerings at Capella Singapore to bring compelling programming to the forefront of why guests should visit the resort

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue for our real estate projects.
• Identify target markets and demographics, conduct market research, and analyse market trends, pricing strategies, competitors’ sales and marketing activities, to tailor to our overall sales & marketing strategies accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies to continuously improve sales and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with project objectives.
• Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website development, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising to generate leads and engage with customers.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and performance.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles of at least 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity, within the real estate industry.
