JOB SCOPES

• Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation and marketing.

Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business within the assigned territory (General Trade/ HORECA segment) consistent with the company’s growth strategy.

The Person:

You should be independent, result-driven and be able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communications and presentation skills, good customer relationship management skill and fluency in English.

About Active Ageing Centres (AAC)

Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Our aim is to enable seniors to adopt an active lifestyle, pre-empt social isolation, and refer them to assistance in a timely fashion. Responsibilities:

1. Programme Coordination:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and organising programmes and activities tailored to the needs of seniors.
• Support the execution of events and ensure the active participation of seniors.

2. Volunteer Management:

• Assist in recruiting, managing, supervising, and supporting volunteers.
• Facilitate volunteer training and ensure alignment with programme objectives.

3. Community Engagement:

• Conduct community screenings to identify seniors’ needs and ensure buddying and befriending criteria are met.
• Assist in conducting outreach activities to engage and onboard seniors into programme

4. Administrative Support:

• Assist the Programme Executive execute the programme and in preparing monthly reports.
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the centre.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with seniors and understanding their needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in a related field or working with seniors is an advantage.
