Supporting the Community team, this role will have to:

• Greeting and managing entry access of JustCo members, visitors, guests; conducting centre tours
• Responding to products & offerings, service-related queries/requests from members, visitors/guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, over emails or calls)
• Assist with JustCo members move in, move out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works)
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of JustCo centre(s) to ensure it is usage ready for JustCo members, visitors and guests, including but not limited to centre opening and closing, ensuring the general cleanliness and maintenance of centres, setting up and managing specific spaces (e.g. pantry, meeting rooms) usage
• Administrative work required for seamless centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating centre and member records/transactions)
• Assisting with and/or participating in members events and any other JustCo Community related/driven initiatives

4. Ensure compliance with inventory control processes with respect to movement of stock, item planning and control, re-order level, monitoring of non-moving items, timely discarding of approved scrap items.

5. Responsible for appropriate classification, segregation and maintenance of stock in designated areas.

6. Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained, referenced and filed.

7. Ensure compliance with inventory related updating in Accounting System.

8. Responsible for periodic stock taking, updating and reporting to all stakeholders.

9. Ensure proper co-ordination and communication with teams across all Company locations.

10. Responsible for timely identification of inventory variances, reporting and maintenance of records for variances.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team as a Junior HR Executive who excels in effective communication, Operations work and possesses a keen eye for details. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation and special projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Prepare paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination.
• Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff.
• Maintain employee leave records and update HR employee database change.
• Conducts and reconciles benefits enrolment for new employees.
• Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
• Write staff vacancy notices and press adverts by going through specification and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding
• Other ad-hoc projects and tasks to be assigned by HR Manager

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
